Cumberland County Transportation Services Society

“Taking you where you need to go.”

CCTS-Cumberland County Transportation Services Society is pleased to announce not only are we a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization, but we are now also a registered charity, able to issue official tax receipts for donations of $20 or more.

This is another wonderful step forward in our goal to bring transportation to all residents and areas of Cumberland County.

Besides providing transportation to appointments as far away as Halifax, New Glasgow, and Moncton, NB, our service is also used by everyone from students travelling to school to nursing home residents who just want to enjoy a drive in the country.

We have five vans that take pre-booked passengers to destinations throughout Cumberland County and beyond for anything from leisure activities to medical appointments. These vehicles can accommodate three passengers and a wheelchair.

Currently, we are the only registered transportation service in Cumberland that can accommodate wheelchairs. This means chair users along with all other residents have a low-cost alternative for all their transportation requirements.

Along with issuing receipts for donations, we also have several sponsorship packages that include outstanding promotional opportunities.

If you’d like to help us deliver affordable and accessible transportation to residents throughout Cumberland County, learn more about being a donor and how you can take advantage of the promotional opportunities our sponsorship program offers by calling: (902) 667-8149 or email: ccts@eastlink.ca

We’re a registered charity!
